For dispatchers running several carriers

Run eight carriers with the quality you run four today.

Ridecord reads your rate cons, keeps your drivers on WhatsApp and tells you which load needs you first. You make the calls.

  • No card
  • English and Spanish
  • Verified with official FMCSA data

Ridecord does the work of the second person. You just make the calls.

All connected

One message moves everything.

When a driver writes, Ridecord updates the load, the ETA, the queue and the detention clock at once. Nothing to copy from one place to another.

Sample data

  1. 01
    WhatsApp

    The driver texts like always

Nothing to install. If they don't check in, Ridecord asks for you.

  2. 02
    Event

    The message becomes an event

The arrival lands on the load with its time. You confirm it with one tap.

  3. 03
    ETA

    The ETA recalculates

From where the driver actually is, against the delivery appointment.

  4. 04
    Queue

The queue moves the load up

A truck at the dock goes to the top, where you see it first.

  5. 05
    Detention

    The detention clock starts

It counts from arrival, with that broker's free time.

01Less work by hand

Stop typing rate cons.

Upload it, forward it, or let the broker email it straight in. Broker, stops, appointments, weight and rate come out filled in. You check it and confirm.

  • PDF or photo
  • Arrives by email on its own
  • The load doesn't exist until you confirm

Sample data

02Know what to do first

Know which truck needs you, before it's a problem.

Every active load across all your carriers, in one list sorted by urgency. The appointment that won't make it is on top, with an ETA from where the driver is.

  • Your definition of “at risk”
  • Pin, snooze, customize
  • Updates itself

03Get paid what you're owed

Get paid for every hour at the dock.

Ridecord times each stop with the real hours, reads the BOL and drafts the claim. Same with TONU when a dispatched load gets canceled.

  • Real in and out times
  • Claim with the BOL attached
  • You review it and send it

FAQ

What dispatchers usually ask.

  • For the dispatcher who already runs three, four, or five carriers and feels the day has no room for one more. Ridecord brings together what you now keep across a spreadsheet, WhatsApp, and email, so you can add carriers without adding another person.

  • No. Your drivers stay on WhatsApp, like today: they text "loaded," send a photo of the BOL, or share their location from there. Ridecord turns each message into a load update you confirm with one tap.

  • Two ways. You can upload the PDF or a photo from the app. Or, better, turn on forwarding once in your email to your Ridecord address, and every rate con a broker sends you shows up on its own, already read: broker, stops, appointments, weight, and rate. You pick the carrier and confirm; the load doesn't exist until you do.

  • No. Nothing reaches a broker unless you send it: not the packet, not the rate con, not a detention or TONU claim. Ridecord prepares them and you decide when they go out. The only thing sent on its own is questions to your driver on WhatsApp, like "did you arrive?" or "did you leave?", when a time is missing on the load.

  • $99 a month covers your first 4 active trucks. From the fifth on, each truck adds $22 up to the tenth, $17 from 11 to 25, and $12 from 26 on. An active truck is one that moved at least one dispatched load that month: if a truck didn't move, you don't pay for it that month. The first 10 dispatchers get founding pricing, 30% off and locked while they stay. You can work out your month in Pricing above.

  • No. You get 30 days to use Ridecord with your real carriers, drivers, and loads, without entering a card. When the trial ends, we'll let you know so you can decide whether to keep going. Since you didn't leave a card, nothing is charged automatically.

  • Yes, anytime, by writing to support@ridecord.com. Cancellation takes effect when the current month closes: you keep using Ridecord until then and pay for the trucks that moved that month. If you cancel within 7 days of your first invoice, you can ask for a refund.

  • Yes. Open Ridecord in your phone's browser, with nothing to install, and you have your queue, your loads, the chat with your drivers, and the map at hand. For when you're away from your desk and a driver texts you.

  • Only your organization. Each dispatcher's data is kept separate in the database, so no one else on Ridecord can see your carriers, your brokers, or your rates. Your documents are kept in private storage, and Ridecord doesn't sell your data or use it for advertising. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

  • Not yet. Today, location comes in when the driver shares it on WhatsApp, and that's what the ETA is based on. Connecting with ELDs like Motive or Samsara is on our roadmap. We don't connect to load boards: you keep finding loads where you already do, and when the broker sends you the rate con, it comes into Ridecord.

Upload your next rate con and watch the load build itself.

Thirty days with your real carriers, drivers and brokers. If it doesn't work for you, you pay nothing.
